Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team at ILERWORK. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery, and meeting budgetary requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement project plans, including scope, timelines, and resource allocation.
  • Manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure financial compliance.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including project sponsors, team members, and external partners.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, making adjustments as needed to ensure successful outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Project Management or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate development project management in Spain.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and financial management.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions under pressure.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and experience with Asana is preferred.
  • Certification as a technical architect is a plus.
