As a Program Lead, you will be responsible for leading your room into continued success, ensuring high-quality care and service to all participants and their families. You will be responsible for planning and implementing a consistent curriculum, selecting age-appropriate materials, and setting up activities for children in accordance with the weekly pre-planned program.
You will also be responsible for attending required curriculum training and professional development opportunities, completing required documentation of children's development and interactions, and participating in research-based learning.
Additional responsibilities include identifying indicators of abuse, reporting signs of child abuse to the Children's Aid Society, and maintaining a clean and healthy environment.
Responsibilities- Plan and implement a consistent curriculum program
- Select age-appropriate materials and set up activities for children
- Attend required curriculum training and professional development opportunities
- Complete required documentation of children's development and interactions
