Job Requirements
We are seeking an experienced Controlling and Reporting Lead to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for controlling and monitoring the company's financial statements, profitability, and variance analysis, as well as financial planning.
Key Responsibilities
- Financial control and analysis: monitoring budget deviations, margins, profitability, and results; analysis of OPEX/CAPEX and treasury; transfer pricing; and financial control of inventories.
- Budget management and closures: preparation and monitoring of annual budgets, planning and execution of monthly closures, and supervision of cost accounting.
- Regulatory compliance and audits: supervision of financial policies and corporate accounting criteria; collaboration in external audits; and control of data protection (GDPR) and Compliance policies.
Requirements
- University degree in Business Sciences or Business Administration and Management.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in similar positions of responsibility, preferably in the industrial sector.
- Advanced knowledge of digital financial management tools: SAP FI, CO-PA, BI, and Hyperion.
- Strong analytical and communication skills, with a high capacity for analysis, presentation, and results orientation.
