About the Role
Our New Business Sales team is the engine that drives customer acquisition and engagement for Revolut Business globally. Account Executives are elite sales professionals who excel across the sales cycle, from prospecting to acquisition and activation. They own market segments with a solution-oriented approach, utilizing their expertise to rapidly grow our customer base. We're looking for a skilled Account Executive to deliver exceptional customer experiences. A motivated individual with a strong work ethic and integrity is ideal for this role. Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute a robust lead-sourcing strategy, focusing on cold-calling and multi-channel outreach.
• Build and manage your own pipeline, from prospecting to closing and account management, maximizing adoption and upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
• Liaise with Revolut internal stakeholders to ensure seamless customer experiences, from onboarding to daily usage.
• Utilize solution-based selling to understand customer needs and communicate the value proposition.
• Become a product expert on Revolut Business, its market positioning, and the solutions it offers, backed by relevant case studies.
Requirements
• Fluency in English and Polish.
• 1+ year of commercial experience, particularly in outbound sales and prospecting.
• Excellent communication skills and articulation over the phone.
• A keen interest in launching a career in a high-performing sales culture.
• Proven determination and accountability to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
