About the Role
Dow Jones is seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager, UX Architecture to lead the development of user-centered design solutions across our B2B portfolio. As a key member of our Technology Group, you will be responsible for setting the direction and standards for quality experience across our digital properties.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive UX Architecture across all publishing platforms by combining industry best practices, methodologies, metrics, and analytics with your expertise.
- Manage and lead a team of UX architects, providing guidance, support, and mentorship.
- Set clear goals, assign tasks, and ensure the team's success in delivering high-quality solutions.
- Take a hands-on role in driving the conceptualization and delivery of Factiva projects, from creating conceptual sketches to user flows to wireframes and functional specs.
- Champion prioritization of design-centered and data-informed product enhancements.
- Evangelize the importance of modular design, create interaction patterns in our design system, and help to drive adoption of the design system.
Requirements
- Passion for user-centric design and the tools and processes that make it happen.
- Expertise in developing personas, mapping user flows, building prototypes for testing, and creating wireframes at all levels of fidelity for all platforms.
- Understanding of modular design and design systems to contribute to a scalable, sustainable approach that enables speed to market, evolution, and optimization.
- Ability to manage through shifting priorities to provide clear direction and input on product prioritization and definition.
