Cabletech Support and Resources Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Cable TV Technician to join our team. As a Cable TV Technician, you will be responsible for performing various tasks related to cable TV installation or disconnection in residential and commercial establishments. Your primary objective will be to contribute to the growth and profitability of our company by providing exceptional customer service and technical support.
About the Role
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electronics technology and excellent communication skills. You will work independently, troubleshooting and repairing issues related to cable TV installations, while maintaining a high level of professionalism and courtesy when interacting with customers. Additionally, you will be responsible for installing from tap-off to customer premise equipment for both cable and internet services.
Responsibilities
- Install from tap-off to customer premise equipment for both cable and internet services
- Troubleshoot and repair issues related to cable TV installations
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain positive relationships with clients
- Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines and achieving targets
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electronics Technology or equivalent experience
- 1-2 years of related work experience
- Strong knowledge of data communications, troubleshooting, and repairs
- Excellent interpersonal relations and communication skills
- Valid driver's license
