We are currently seeking a Senior Microsoft Solutions Architect to join our team at JTI's Microsoft Delivery Center. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in driving the growth of our internal demand for corporate solutions based on the Microsoft ecosystem.
The ideal candidate will be a fast learner with a results-driven approach, possessing expertise in Microsoft technology, including Azure, Kubernetes, and DevOps practices. You will also have excellent leadership skills, able to successfully drive a team of software engineers to deliver strategic software projects that provide business value to our counterparts.
In this role, you will work closely with peers and collaborate with IT & business stakeholders worldwide using Agile methodologies as part of your delivery strategy. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing development activities within GSC & Finance solutions built on top of the Microsoft stack, ensuring high-quality delivery
- Fostering relationships with preferred service providers, ensuring agreed service levels are met and building trustful partnerships
- Boosting adoption of innovative technologies within the GSC & Finance portfolio, both internally and for JTI stakeholders
You will be a trusted source of valuable support and guidance to global JTI business units on the Microsoft development technological landscape.
To succeed in this role, you will require:
- A university degree or equivalent work experience in computer sciences
- 5+ years of experience in Information Technology, preferably in international corporations
- 2+ years of project management experience, including large-scale global projects
- 3+ years of development management experience with Microsoft Web & SQL technologies, both on-premises and Azure PaaS
- 2+ years of experience with Microsoft Azure, Agile practices, and DevOps practices and tools (Azure DevOps and GIT Hub)
