About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP Sales/GTM Subject Matter Expert to join our team at Coty. As a key member of our SAP COE, you will play a critical role in delivering SAP solutions that meet the needs of our business.
Responsibilities
- Participate in SAP project implementations, providing subject matter expertise and assistance in developing requirements.
- Capture and anticipate new global and/or local business requirements, leading review meetings with the Global Process Owner(s) to ensure regular communication and alignment/approval of documentation.
- Support the execution of projects and changes in the site, leading key users and local process owners to achieve project objectives.
- Provide process knowledge support, working with business-facing teams to improve processes or new project implementations through the use of SAP capabilities.
- Coordinate activities and share knowledge with counterparts in other regions, assisting SAP Application support COE with troubleshooting.
- Work with 2nd level support to develop processes for troubleshooting and escalation, identifying change management projects with key users and local process owners.
- Lead implementation and SAP configuration and functional designs approval of the recommended solution.
