Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled Dimensional Stone Drafter to join our team in the Philippines. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for translating residential and digital template information into shop drawings via AutoCAD.

Key Responsibilities:

• Translate residential and digital template information into shop drawings via AutoCAD.
• Collaborate with office, shop, and field personnel to ensure effective communication and project delivery.
• Utilize industry-specific job management software to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
• Draft accurate, orderly, and readable drawings for review by customers.
• Calculate dimensions and material requirements based on project specifications.
• Maintain a systems perspective relative to job processes and implement improvements as needed.

Requirements:

• High-quality dimensional stone AutoCAD drafting skills.
• Experience working for a marble subcontractor.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 4-7 years of dimensional stone drafting experience in production, factory, and environment related to the construction industry.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Critical thinking, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Effective time management skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.
• Familiarity with construction practices, costs, and procedures.

Estimated Salary: PHP 35,000 - 50,000 per month, depending on experience and qualifications. This is a remote-based position, requiring the candidate to live in the Philippines and work from home during day shifts, Monday to Friday.
