Job Description

The Syneos Health Medical Representative Bucharest will be dedicated to our client in Romania and is responsible for maximizing the promotion of the company's products in the assigned territory, both in the short and long term, by actively promoting customer products and marketing policies – in accordance with applicable regulations, policies standard of operation and any other applicable internal rules and guidelines – to healthcare professionals qualified to prescribe or dispense medicines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop partnerships with Gynaecologists across target Hospitals in the assigned region
• Responsible for their local business plan that delivers the sales to achieve agreed objectives
• Intelligently identify the appropriate engagement channel for the HCPs
• Optimum use of available time and budget to achieve these goals (established in accordance with the performance management company program)
• Providing accurate and complete information about the products being promoted

Requirements:

• Compliance with the Internal Regulations, internal operating procedures applicable with our customer, company standards, the ARPIM code and all relevant Romanian laws and regulations in the field
• Defining the customer group and the number of visits at the beginning of each quarter
• Preparation of weekly visit and activity schedules
• Bi-weekly reporting of default activities in the internal reporting system
• Analysis of health professionals qualified to prescribe or dispense medicines and implementation of the local visiting plan to increase the level of medical education of health professionals, taking into account the available information and knowledge about the territory

Estimated Salary: 8,000 - 10,000 lei per month, depending on experience. This role requires a strong scientific knowledge and professional training, as well as excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently.
