Supporting the preparation of Board of Directors materials, analyzing company context, challenges, and decisions to preserve Airbus' interests.

Coordinating Europe Customer Centers to deliver consolidated financial views, Actuals, OP, and FCSTs exercises, and Region Business Review presentations.

Participating in ad-hoc exercises, considering specificities of each Customer Center.

Consolidating and reporting Europe Customer Centers saving projects, using the Score Tool to monitor them, and defining annual score targets.

Monitoring overdue payments and debt recovery, defining strategies to protect Europe Customer Centers cash.

Defining and tracking actions to minimize risk and capitalize on opportunities.

Contributing to the analysis and review of critical offers and business cases.
