Key Responsibilities- Procurement: Adhere to company procurement processes, manage suppliers and contracts, and ensure timely delivery coordination with suppliers.
- Ordering and Delivery Management: Create accurate purchase orders and ensure timely delivery coordination with suppliers.
- Payment Management: Monitor the payment status of purchase orders and coordinate with the finance department to resolve payment-related issues.
- Report Preparation: Collect, organize, and analyze procurement data to prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual procurement reports.
- Information System Implementation: Lead and coordinate the implementation of information systems, ensuring all procurement activities are conducted within the system.
- Cross-border Procurement Support: Provide procurement support across European countries, coordinating procurement activities and ensuring compliance with local regulations.
- Continuous Improvement and Learning: Participate in continuous improvement of procurement processes and systems, and continuously update procurement knowledge and skills.
We're looking for a candidate with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred). Fluency in English is required, and local European language and Chinese language is a plus.
Proven experience in procurement and sourcing roles, preferably in a multinational environment, is essential. Strong knowledge of procurement processes, contract management, and supplier relationship management is also required.
