We are seeking a highly skilled Senior AI Software Engineer to join our team at Global M. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing production-grade AI systems with a focus on Large Language Models (LLMs) and autonomous agents.
About the Role:
As a Full Stack developer with expertise in AI, you will develop optimized RAG systems and embedding pipelines. You will also build robust Python applications emphasizing async programming and performance, deploy, monitor, and maintain AI systems in production.
Main Responsibilities:
* Design and implement scalable and maintainable technical foundations that balance speed of delivery with long-term scalability
* Champion the use of AI, staying at the forefront of Agentic AI advancements, and apply these learnings to deliver value-driven solutions
* Foster a culture of learning and innovation, enabling the team to adapt to the rapidly evolving AI landscape
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement high-performing AI systems
Requirements:
* Experience building in a fast-iteration environment - ideally with start-up experience
* Strong problem-solving skills and ability to deliver outcomes, not just fancy technology
* Data-first mindset and knowledge of data storage solutions (both SQL and NoSQL)
* Experience with high-throughput, low-latency systems and LLMs Usage
* Strong understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, chaining, caching, and model fine-tuning
