We are seeking a highly skilled Merchandiser Iberia - Wholesale Channel to join our team at Asics Italia S.R.L. as a key member of our Wholesale Merchandising team.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and Execute Product Strategies: Create and implement product strategies that meet consumer, brand, and commercial objectives for Asics Wholesale.
- Range Planning and Management: Define seasonal range strategies, build range plans, and manage assortment planning to ensure a customer experience that balances the Brand's strengths and delivers commercial objectives.
- Market Knowledge and Analysis: Conduct market research, analyze pricing, competitors, market share, and seasonal trends to inform product decisions.
- Performance Management: Participate in forecasting future stock levels, develop trading strategies, and optimize full-price sell-through.
- Master Data Management: Ensure accurate Master Data management within Retail and work with key stakeholders to manage the flow and accuracy.
- Marketing and Visual Merchandising: Collaborate with marketing and visual merchandising teams to ensure category strategies are supported with a coordinated approach.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Supply Chain Management.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years' experience in Merchandising, Category and/or Product management, gained in retail, sports, or related industry.
- Skills: Advanced MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, etc).
