AspenTech is a global software leader helping industries meet the increasing demand for resources from a rapidly growing population in a profitable and sustainable manner.

The Proposal and Contract Specialist is responsible for organizing, authorizing, and presenting customer-facing responses, including budgetary quotes, requests for information, proposals, market assessments, and contracts.

Key responsibilities include defining the approach, maintaining ownership and accountability for the schedule, aligning the business position to corporate objectives, ensuring quality deliverables, and managing full authorization and approval of the final customer-facing package.

Additionally, the Proposal and Contract Specialist will work with Solutions Engineering, Sales Management, Product Management, and Executive Management to determine approaches and prepare proposals and contract documents.

They will also review and understand RFPs from both nationwide and worldwide AspenTech customers, ensure financial details for each proposal/contract follow AspenTech's needs, and act as the primary point of contact with internal and external customers.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Economics, Finance/Accounting, or a related field, excellent administrative, organizational, and interpersonal skills, and fluency in English and Spanish, with any other languages desirable.
