Sales and Business Development Expert for Enterprise Networks

This segment is divided into two main product groups – carrier network and enterprise network. The carrier network product group focuses on optical-based communication infrastructure for services such as video, data, and voice communications. The enterprise network product group caters primarily to businesses, governments, and individuals with optical-based communication networks for their own use.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve planned sales levels while maintaining positive relationships with assigned accounts.
- Conduct sales calls to implement account strategies and support business objectives.
- Build strong relationships with assigned accounts and distributors in Mexico.
- Demonstrate deep knowledge of the Mexican EN telecom market.
- Maintain high product knowledge and understanding of customer needs.
- Act as a consultant to customers to ensure seamless ordering, receipt, installation, usage, and maintenance of our products.
- Recognize opportunities and provide solutions to customers.
- Provide regular activity reports and sales call summaries.
- Forecast and manage opportunity information.
- Closely interact with distributors and coordinate customer care activities.
- Assist in developing quarterly and twelve-month rolling forecasts.
- Report customer issues promptly and track problem resolution progress.
- Participate in industry events, customer showcases, and demonstrations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications Engineering or related field.
- Advanced degrees can be advantageous.
- At least 2-4 years of commercial sales experience.
- Knowledge of telecommunications networks (EN).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Spanish and English.
- Ability to travel within Mexico and internationally as needed.
Estimated Salary: $70,000 - $100,000 per annum based on location and experience.
