Main Responsibilities:
- Design and execute digital acquisition strategies for multiple companies, optimizing SEO, Paid Media, and inbound marketing campaigns.
- Develop and refine new marketing services and offerings for both Marketing & Sales and other business units, ensuring innovation and market relevance.
- Lead cross-functional teams to implement marketing automation and CRM processes to improve customer conversion and retention.
- Manage digital presence across various channels, including social media, blogs, and strategic events.
- Establish KPIs and OKRs to monitor and achieve marketing and sales goals, ensuring data-driven decision-making.
Required Skills and Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you will need:
- At least 7 years of experience in digital marketing, inbound marketing, and B2B growth strategies.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Public Relations, or a related field.
- Proven experience in performance marketing campaigns.
- Advanced knowledge in SEO, marketing automation, and CRM (HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, Salesforce, or similar).
- Strong analytical skills and experience with campaign measurement tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Data Studio).
- Proven experience in leading teams, coupled with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to effectively manage and motivate others.
