The estimated salary range for this role is between €60,000 and €90,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Project Delivery Group (PDG). The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the physical, financial, and contractual aspects of construction projects. Key responsibilities include:

  • Understanding project scope: understanding deliverables, execution timelines, pricing structures, formats, and reports.
  • Cost estimation and analysis: performing cost estimations, analyzing prices, measuring and valuing work done on site.
  • Key Performance Indicator (KPI) measurement: evaluating and measuring KPIs to ensure project performance.
  • Project management: managing and reporting on ongoing works and main deviations in quantities for forecast emission.
  • Reporting and communication: writing and issuing complete reports to clients; serving as a liaison with clients and other construction professionals.

Requirements
To be considered for this role, you should have:

  • More than 10 years of experience in a function related to construction measurement control, preferably in medium to large multidisciplinary projects in an EPCM environment.
  • Solid skills in MS Office and experience with estimation tools and systems; knowledge of P6 would be an advantage.
  • Field experience would be an advantage.
