We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to join our team at Dragons Group. As a key member of our creative team, you will be responsible for leading the conceptualization and execution of design projects from start to finish. You will work closely with our Head of Design and mentor junior designers to ensure high-quality design output.
Responsibilities
Lead the development of visually stunning and effective designs for digital platforms, including websites, social media, email campaigns, and display ads.
Collaborate with creative director, Head of Design, copywriters, and other team members to develop and execute creative concepts that align with client goals and brand strategies.
Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project deadlines.
Participate in client meetings and presentations, effectively communicating design concepts and rationale.
