About the Role

This position plays a crucial role in driving our recruitment strategy, ensuring alignment with our business objectives. As a Talent Acquisition Business Partner, you will be at the forefront of building strong partnerships with business leaders and the HR team.

Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Partnership: Develop deep knowledge of our business drivers, global recruitment goals, and industry trends to align talent acquisition strategies with business objectives.
  • Stakeholder Management: Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders to understand and anticipate recruitment needs, ensuring clear communication and alignment throughout the process.
  • Talent Acquisition Consulting: Offer strategic insights that promote diversity and inclusion, leading to the successful hiring and retention of top talent.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Champion collaboration and knowledge-sharing across teams, resulting in streamlined recruitment processes and improved outcomes.
Requirements:
  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Organizational Psychology, or an HR-related field.
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience as a Corporate Recruiter, Talent Specialist, or Agency recruiter, preferably with Campus recruitment experience.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with hiring managers and other key stakeholders from various levels.
