Main Responsibilities

  • Contribute to our long-term growth plan, identifying opportunities to enhance KPIs and optimize results.
  • Support the development of new projects and processes, taking ownership of analytical and project-oriented tasks.
  • Analyze potential in key areas and implement scalable improvements to boost profitability, operational efficiency, and customer experience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align and execute strategic initiatives across Europe.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience in strategic business development, consulting, or start-ups, with a proven track record of driving results.
  • A background in Management, Economics, or Engineering.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
  • Experience in commercial effectiveness, business development, or process optimization.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English (additional languages are a plus).
