About the Role

As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and increasing market share. You will work closely with hotel management to understand their needs and develop tailored sales strategies to meet those needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales plans to maximize revenue growth.
  • Manage key hotel accounts and negotiate contracts to secure new business.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.
  • Conduct training sessions for sales staff as required.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to stay up-to-date on market trends.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and/or hotel management degree/diploma.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in sales or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Knowledge of sales tactics and strategic skills.
