Medical Scientific Liaison Manager Iberia

Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and ambitious individual to lead our medical scientific liaison team in the Iberian region. As a key member of our global team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a strategic plan to manage medical affairs and scientific engagement in the region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Determine and implement a comprehensive strategy for managing medical affairs and scientific engagement in the Iberian region.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to successfully implement medical and scientific initiatives.
  • Lead and mentor a team of medical scientific liaisons, ensuring their exceptional performance.
  • Actively collaborate with key opinion leaders and healthcare professionals to foster meaningful connections.
  • Offer scientific expertise and assistance to colleagues within the organization and external clients.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a healthcare-related field, advanced degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in medical affairs or scientific engagement within the healthcare industry.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and competitive environment.
