Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and integrate the technology product vision and strategy that aligns with market trends, customer needs, and business objectives.
- Oversee the development of key supporting systems, including the online e-commerce platform and ERP platform.
- Manage backlogs and oversee daily work in the tech team.
- Define and track key product success metrics to understand product performance, identify improvement areas, and make data-driven decisions.
- Work closely with general managers, marketing, and our tech team to gather input and ensure alignment throughout the product lifecycle.
- Advocate for the customer by incorporating feedback and analytical results into product decisions to ensure our solutions are customer-centric.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize features and build a compelling product roadmap.
- Coordinate product launches with marketing, sales, and stakeholders to ensure successful adoption and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in product management, ideally within retail (fashion), e-commerce, ERP.
- Sufficient technical literacy to participate in making key choices and effectively communicate with engineering teams.
- Familiarity with tools like Jira, Asana, and other project management or product management tools.
- Excellent analytical toolset, being comfortable working with web analytics, feature usage data, survey data, etc.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for cross-functional collaboration, executive updates, and stakeholder management.
- Ability to think big-picture while also managing the details needed to move the product forward.
