**Job Summary**
A vacancy exists for an Industrial Maintenance Engineer within the Manufacturing Engineering organization at Airbus. Our vision is to ensure today's industrial systems and lead tomorrow's. We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team and contribute to the development, maintenance, and continuous improvement of our industrial systems.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Coordinate maintenance tasks according to the annual budget, related maintenance plans, and unplanned maintenance tasks.
- Contribute to ensuring the required plant availability/plant performance KPI, based on the company's or department's technical objectives of availability and quality.
- Bring maintenance requirements and expertise along acquisition projects to optimize the maintainability of new assets.
- Ensure the Maintenance Department receives all definitive documentation needed to optimize the performance of maintenance activities.
- Analyze failures and common faults that occur and take action to prevent them reoccurring through PPS methodology.
**Requirements**
- At least 5 years of working experience in a related field such as maintenance.
- Academic background: Engineering degree or other technical degrees, with special focus on IT skills.
- Willingness and commitment to travel.
- Negotiation level in English and Spanish.
- Autonomy, eagerness to learn, negotiation skills, and the ability to persuade, influence, and convince.
- Ability to manage conflicts in a constructive manner, good stakeholder management, and the ability to anticipate, assess, and mitigate risks.
