Job DescriptionThe Senior Director of Clinical Affairs, EMEA RM will lead a dynamic team responsible for professional education, investigator-sponsored research, and collaborative trials within the EMEA region. This strategic leader will develop and execute a comprehensive clinical affairs strategy that aligns with the organization's global objectives.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute a clinical affairs strategy for the EMEA region
- Lead a team responsible for professional education programs
- Oversee ISR and collaborative trials, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards
- Foster relationships with key stakeholders to facilitate collaboration and support cross-functional initiatives
- Drive the creation and dissemination of clinical evidence to support product positioning and market access strategies
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- An advanced degree in a relevant scientific or medical field
- Extensive experience in clinical affairs, preferably within the medical device or pharmaceutical industry
- Demonstrated leadership in building and managing professional education programs and clinical trials
- A strong understanding of the regulatory environment and GCP guidelines in the EMEA region
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
We offer a competitive salary range of $150,000 - $200,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits such as health insurance, retirement savings plan, and generous paid time off.
