About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Fire Protection Engineer to join our team as a Senior Technical Program Manager (TPM), responsible for leading design, facility, and engineering activities across Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA).

Based in Luxembourg with occasional travel, you will report directly to the Global Realty Engineering Manager. Your key responsibilities will include developing and cross-functionally managing fire protection engineering programs aimed at optimizing and enhancing the safety and efficiency of both existing and new facilities.

Collaboration with various stakeholders is essential to drive the development and management of fire protection design specifications. To be successful in this role, you must possess extensive project and program management experience, practical knowledge of fire protection engineering, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, technical environment while partnering with multiple stakeholders to implement cost-saving processes and programs.

About You
  • You have experience in technical product or program management
  • You have experience working directly with engineering teams
  • You have experience in software development
  • You have experience in technical program management working directly with software engineering teams
  • You have experience managing programs across cross-functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
The Ideal Candidate

You will be responsible for tracking key metrics and performance, functioning as a consulting SME to stakeholders, and building business cases and market improvements. Additionally, you will work across the industry to understand trends and develop scalable technologies.

Your experience in project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management is highly valued. Experience managing projects across cross-functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules is also desirable.

You should be able to define KPI's/SLA's used to drive multi-million dollar businesses and report to senior leadership.

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience.
