We are looking for an experienced Social Media Manager to lead our social media efforts and develop effective strategies to engage our target audience. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of designing and executing successful social media campaigns that drive business results.
Main responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing a global social media strategy that aligns with overall business objectives;
- Managing social media channels and creating engaging content to drive audience engagement and conversion;
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate social media strategies with broader marketing initiatives;
- Analyzing campaign performance and providing data-driven insights to inform future campaign development;
- Fostering a positive online community and engaging with followers to promote brand awareness and reputation.
A bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field is required, along with 5+ years of experience in social media management, preferably in a B2B environment. Fluency in English (C2 level) and proficiency in social media analytics tools are essential for this role.
