Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Industrial Project Planning Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our planning department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing project schedules, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring compliance with execution strategies and client requirements.
- Define and optimize resource allocation, including personnel, equipment, and materials.
- Design and implement Planning & Scheduling systems, including methods, procedures, time schedules, physical progress, and dashboards.
- Implement and maintain project breakdown structures, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
- Plan and coordinate work fronts at site, ensuring efficient resource utilization and minimizing delays.
- Identify and mitigate risks, reducing costs and ensuring project success.
- Obtain client approval for schedule baselines and progress claims.
- Communicate project milestones, durations, and critical paths to project team members.
- Monitor project status, detecting delays and proposing corrective actions.
- Provide feedback and lessons learned to improve planning and scheduling methods.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- An engineering degree or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in engineering planning.
- Advanced knowledge of EPC/EPCm works processes.
- Proficiency in Scheduling computer tools, such as Primavera Project Planner (P6) and Excel.
- Fluency in English.
