We are currently seeking a highly skilled Senior Coordinator - Advanced Operations to join our Joint Operations team in the Germany Offshore Service organization. This role is key in ensuring the smooth operation of our dedicated sites, while taking responsibility for important aspects of the short and medium-term planning process.

The successful candidate will have a strong track record in Offshore Wind or similar, with comprehensive IT user skills and a high level of communication skills. They will also be responsible for:

• Raising, scheduling, and allocating both planned and unplanned maintenance activities in conjunction with Siemens Gamesa field staff and customer personnel via Enterprise-Resource-Planning System.
• Maintaining efficient timescales for planned maintenance activities; creating daily and weekly plans for site teams as required in conjunction with Senior Technician. Reporting service schedule progress to Management and Customer.
• Controlling and technical verification within Enterprise-Resource-Planning System; collating time data and parts consumption to allow billing (service vs warranty) and parts replenishment to be initiated. Closing Service Orders in Enterprise-Resource-Planning System.
• Monitoring weather and coordinating transports. Planning workload including port operation and control of documentation relevant for planning.
• Daily checking on progress with field personnel, getting the status of work progress to plan for the next day.
• Coordinating record keeping and documentation archiving to support full historical traceability of service work carried out.
• Checking accurate reporting into and utilization of electronic workflow status spreadsheets. Providing data in support of the reporting process in conjunction with the Site Management.
• Interfacing between different stakeholders, such as Resource Management, Site Management, Spare Parts Team, and Procurement. Ensuring transparency of important topics between those parties.
• Maintaining service and retrofits schedule tracking for management information.
• Basic financial administration, raising purchase requisitions, and requesting setting up of new vendors.
