Key Qualifications- A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in ITSM or Data Visualization roles such as BI developer or BI analyst
- Prior experience working with client's tech stack
- Technical skills include Control-M, SAP Business Objects, and Power BI, with knowledge of Snowflake being a plus
- Intermediate or advanced English proficiency is required, as most business users interact with data products using reports and resolutions often require collaboration with customers
You will be responsible for:
- Developing and maintaining reports in Power BI and SAP Business Objects
- Collaborating with clients to understand their needs and requirements
- Analyzing data to identify trends and insights
- Communicating findings to stakeholders through clear and concise reports
