Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Network Security Operations Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our Network Security Operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the stability, integrity, and security of our organization's network infrastructure. Your extensive experience and expertise in network security operations will be instrumental in maintaining a secure and resilient network environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate and manage security solutions such as firewalls, remote access solutions, AWS Security groups, DNS, web filtering, and related technologies.
  • Respond to security incidents and service requests in a timely and accurate manner, following our security policy, principles, and blueprints.
  • Conduct comprehensive analysis of network traffic patterns to troubleshoot and resolve incidents within our scope.
  • Configure network security equipment such as firewalls, remote access VPN, DNS, proxy, load balancers.
  • Audit configurations to ensure compliance with industry standards and internal security policies.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in network security operations, with a strong background in monitoring and operating security solutions.
  • Technical expertise in network security technologies and tools, including firewalls, NIPS, VPNs, Cloud Security within AWS and Azure, Zscaler proxy servers.
  • Knowledge and interest in automation with Ansible, scripting, and other related technologies.
  • Incident response experience, with the ability to effectively respond to security incidents and service requests.
  • Strong skills in conducting comprehensive analysis of network traffic patterns, behavior, events, alerts, and logs.
  • Compliance and audit experience, with knowledge of auditing configurations to ensure compliance with industry standards and internal security policies.
