Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Logistics Operations Manager to join our team at Gxo Logistics. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our logistics centre, ensuring the smooth operation of our supply chain and warehouse management systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement high-level logistics operations to optimize efficiency and productivity
  • Supervise and optimize designed logistics processes to ensure compliance with company standards
  • Direct treatment with clients, attending to their needs and resolving any issues that may arise
  • Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives to drive lean manufacturing and cost reduction
  • Manage budgets and costs, negotiate with suppliers and vendors

Requirements

  • Industrial Engineering or similar degree
  • Master's degree in Supply Chain or Logistics preferred
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in logistics platform management or similar
  • High level of English proficiency
  • Advanced user of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
