**About the Role**
The Training Program Specialist plays a pivotal role in organizing and delivering training programs that drive employee growth and align with company objectives.
This position involves scheduling training sessions, coordinating trainers and participants, managing training materials, and tracking progress to ensure effective learning experiences.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about supporting employee development through seamless training initiatives.

**Key Responsibilities**
The Training Program Specialist will be responsible for:
- Scheduling and overseeing training sessions, managing logistics, and ensuring timely communication with trainers and participants
- Assisting in creating, updating, and distributing training resources, including presentations and handouts, while maintaining a well-organized library of materials
- Serving as the primary contact for trainees, addressing questions, ensuring access to resources, and collecting feedback for continuous improvement
- Maintaining accurate training records, monitoring attendance and progress, and generating detailed reports on participation and outcomes for management
- Communicating with trainers to confirm schedules, providing necessary materials, and assisting with technical setup for virtual or in-person sessions
- Identifying training gaps, recommending new initiatives, and implementing feedback to enhance program effectiveness
- Planning and supporting additional workshops, webinars, or employee development events as needed
**Requirements & Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in HR, Education, Business, or a related field (preferred but not required)
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in training coordination, event planning, or HR-related roles
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working with diverse teams and stakeholders
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace; experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) or project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, Monday.com) is a plus
- A problem-solving mindset with attention to detail and a commitment to quality
**Preferred Qualifications**
We are looking for candidates with experience in virtual learning environments and remote training coordination, as well as familiarity with modern training methods, tools, and best practices.
