We are seeking an experienced Software Quality Assurance professional to oversee quality assurance processes across multiple SaaS businesses.
As a key member of our organization, you will provide expert advice and conduct reviews to ensure high standards of software quality. You will collaborate with teams to implement best practices, refine testing strategies, and maintain consistency in QA processes across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:- Offer expert guidance on QA best practices, tools, and methodologies to SaaS Platforms.
- Conduct regular reviews of QA processes, including manual and automated testing, to ensure they meet required quality standards.
- Work with service center leaders to develop and implement QA strategies that are consistent, scalable, and effective across various products.
- Lead efforts to increase use of automation in testing, advising on selection and implementation of automation tools.
- Ensure performance testing is effectively conducted, identifying potential bottlenecks and areas for improvement.
- Partner with cloud leads to ensure QA processes are integrated into overall development and deployment pipelines.
- 10+ years of experience in software quality assurance, with minimum 5 years in leadership or advisory capacity.
- Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, test automation tools, and performance testing techniques.
- Demonstrated ability to lead QA teams and influence quality standards across multiple business units.
- Strong communication skills, able to articulate QA strategies and findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- ISTQB or similar QA certifications are a plus.
