**Job Description**
We are seeking a highly skilled Logistics Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Delivery Experience/Last Mile Team, you will be responsible for ensuring our customers across Europe receive their orders in accordance with our high-quality standards and lead times.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Act as an advocate for our customers, supporting the local market and the EU-wide Operations Team in the management of last mile delivery.
- Evaluate market developments and services, coordinating projects to improve the customer delivery experience.
- Develop and implement strategies to boost customer satisfaction and improve delivery reliability.
- Coordinate rollouts of new services and procedures with Delivery Service Providers (DSPs).
- Monitor customer satisfaction and set priorities and strategies per market.
- Establish long-term country strategies and annual roadmaps to achieve best-in-class customer satisfaction.
**Requirements**
- Graduate degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline.
- Sound experience in logistics services and a proven track record of managing projects.
- Broad knowledge of methods for identifying customer requirements and advanced IT skills, including MS Excel.
- Profound knowledge of the Spanish Last Mile market and logistics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English.
