The SAP BTP Solution area, part of our Adoption Services Centers, serves as a trusted partner for clients seeking to harness the power of SAP BTP in their journey towards becoming Intelligent Enterprises. Collaborating with our extensive partner ecosystem, we leverage SAP Business AI to accelerate the adoption and utilization of BTP services.
As a pivotal component of SAP CSS, the BTP Services Portfolio encompasses critical integration services. In this role, you will engage with one of the key aspects of the BTP service portfolio, focusing on integration solutions that assist clients in addressing their integration and automation challenges. You will be responsible for planning, implementing, maintaining, and enhancing various integrations using SAP BTP services and solutions.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Deliver comprehensive SAP BTP integration services and projects to clients worldwide.
- Lead initiatives related to SAP Business AI, particularly in the integration domain.
- Serve as a technical subject matter expert, offering guidance and expertise on SAP products.
- Support team members in developing and implementing technical solutions.
- Effectively manage multiple tasks in a collaborative environment, responding to project and client needs.
- Establish strong relationships with colleagues and clients while engaging in continuous professional development of SAP products.
- Quickly assimilate new information and apply knowledge effectively.
REQUIRED SKILLS
- Comprehensive understanding of the SAP BTP platform's business value, architecture, and service catalog.
- Hands-on experience with various BTP Integration Suite components (Cloud Integration, API Management, Integration Advisor, Open Connectors), Event Mesh, and API Business Hub capabilities.
- Solid grasp of SAP Business AI's value, with practical experience using AI tools in daily operations.
- Familiarity with technologies such as OData, REST, SOAP, IDoc, RFC, FTP/SFTP, JDBC, JMS, Kafka, AMQP, MQTT; CSV, XML, JSON, YAML; Java, XSL, Groovy/JS.
- Knowledge of platform services typically utilized for technical tasks, including Audit Log, HANA Cloud, Notifications, Cloud Foundry, CI/CD, SAP Business Application Studio, and Transport Management.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies like Scrum or Kanban; familiarity with SAP Activate for BTP and SAP ISA-M is advantageous.
- Preferred certification: C_CPI_15 or similar; any AI-related certification is a plus.
- Analytical mindset with a results-driven and solution-oriented approach.
- Willingness to travel as required.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, encompassing verbal, written, presentation, and listening abilities.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Knowledge in the AI domain.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.
- Over 5 years of relevant professional experience.
- Prior experience involving client interaction or custom development is preferred.
