This role is responsible for developing and executing procurement strategies for packaging materials, ensuring a stable and resilient supply chain. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in procurement, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute procurement strategies for packaging materials, aligned with business objectives
- Manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure compliance with company policies
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and develop effective solutions
- Analyze market trends, forecast demand, and optimize inventory levels to minimize costs and maximize efficiency
- Implement sustainability initiatives, reduce waste, and promote environmentally friendly practices
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement, preferably in FMCG industry
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Strong analytical and technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and SAP CLM
- Able to work independently and as part of a team, with a customer-centric mindset
