Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team in Lisbon. As a Social Media Customer Service Representative for Philip Morris, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to customers via various channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answering customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
  • Identifying and resolving customer issues
  • Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Recording data in the CRM system
  • Providing ad-hoc support
  • Collaborating with the team to achieve project success

Requirements:

  • Native level of German and at least B1 level of English
  • Knowledge of customer experience and its impact
  • Excellent communication and listening skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excitement about intercultural communication and expatriate lifestyle
  • Valid Portuguese work permit
