Job Overview
This is an exciting opportunity to work as a Master Wine Specialist in a fast-paced and vibrant environment. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional wine service to our guests, while also being a key member of our front-of-house team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering Outstanding Wine Service: Develop and maintain knowledge of our extensive wine list, ensuring that you can confidently recommend the perfect wine to suit each guest's taste.
- Providing Exceptional Customer Service: Foster strong relationships with our guests, providing personalized attention and ensuring that every visit to our restaurant is memorable and enjoyable.
- Working Collaboratively with the Team: Communicate effectively with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of service, while also contributing to a positive and supportive team culture.
- Maintaining High Standards: Uphold the highest standards of quality, safety, and hygiene in all aspects of your role, adhering to our strict health and safety protocols.
Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Educación en Hostelería / Turismo (Hotel Management or Tourism degree)
- Estudios especializados de sumiller (*Muy valorable: WSET) (Wine certification, such as WSET)
- Conocimientos básicos de cocina, maridaje y coctelería (Basic knowledge of cooking, pairing, and mixology)
- Experiencia: Mínimo 2 años (Minimum 2 years' experience)
- Idiomas: Inglés Avanzado/Profesional (English Advanced/Professional), Español Avanzado/Profesional (Spanish Advanced/Professional)
