About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Logistics Consultant to join our team at Sulzer Ltd. As a key member of our Global IT team, you will be responsible for designing and delivering SAP solutions that meet business requirements, ensuring global process and system harmonization.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Design and Delivery of SAP Solutions: Develop and implement SAP solutions that meet business needs, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
  2. Support and Training: Provide 2nd/3rd level support for production incident resolution and deliver SAP training to key users and project teams.
  3. System Configuration and Maintenance: Configure the SAP system, perform system testing, and maintain SAP user manuals.
  4. Integration and Upgrades: Develop and support SAP integration with other 3rd-party systems, and support system upgrades and patches.
  5. Best Practices and Compliance: Adopt best practices and ensure compliance management by developing new SAP tools, features, and enhancements.
  6. Coordination and Collaboration: Coordinate activities with external SAP consultants and ensure effective communication within the team.
Requirements
  1. Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in technical or business studies or equivalent.
  2. Experience: Minimum 5 years of working experience in SAP modules MM (Material Management), with knowledge of SAP EWM (Extended Warehouse Management) or SAP WM (Warehouse Management) a plus.
  3. Skills and Knowledge: Good understanding of how to turn business requirements into ERP processes, good understanding of business processes, ability to make a strong business case on global best practices, excellent understanding of SAP, and good team player skills.
  4. Language: Fluent English required, other languages an advantage.
