Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Pass Through Financial Analyst to join our dynamic team in Barcelona. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing vendor receivables and transferring credit from vendors to customers from our accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations and credit transfers to ensure timely and accurate processing.
- Handle vendor invoicing for customer marketing activities, ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
- Monitor bot performance and adapt to customer needs to optimize credit transfer processes.
- Proactively resolve aged receivables to minimize financial losses.
- Reconcile P&L monthly to ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Review customer credits and assess P&L impact to inform business decisions.
- Support GL reconciliations and MJE documentation to maintain financial accuracy.
Requirements
- Strong analytical and numerical skills within a finance environment.
- Clear and confident communication skills to effectively communicate financial matters to non-finance staff.
- Time management and prioritization skills to handle live issues.
- Engage with business and vendors with a commercial approach to drive business growth.
- Experience in Accounts Receivables or General Finance.
- Microsoft Office experience, with intermediate level and above Excel skills.
- Experience of SAP desired.
