Job Description
The Global Production Director for Fever Innovation Hub is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing the production of multiple small-scale live experiences while actively contributing to creative development and concept validation. This role ensures each project aligns with the creative vision, operational standards, and strategic objectives while meeting the operational standards needed for expansion.
Key Responsibilities
- Creative Development and Concept Validation: Provide critical input to ensure creative ideas are executable within budgetary and operational constraints. Collaborate with creative teams to review, refine, and validate concepts for feasibility and alignment with brand standards.
- Operational and Budget Management: Manage budgets to ensure financial efficiency without compromising creative quality. Allocate resources effectively, coordinating with regional teams and external vendors to optimize outcomes.
- Partnership Selection: Contribute to the selection of the production partner and their due diligence. Review the scope of work and the deliverables to make sure they align with the project needs and its scalability.
- Innovation and Scalability: Develop scalable production strategies to support an expanding portfolio of projects. Stay informed of industry trends to introduce innovative practices and technologies that enhance project outcomes.
- Project Leadership: Oversee the planning and execution of multiple SSI's across regions, ensuring alignment with global and local needs.
Benefits and Salary: The estimated salary for this position is €60,000 - €80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Benefits include competitive compensation, opportunities for professional growth, and a dynamic work environment.
