About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as **Director of Culture and Experience** at Semrush. In this role, you will be responsible for shaping the company culture, elevating our employee experience, and driving our continued success.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Culture Development: Cultivate a cohesive organizational culture through targeted initiatives and programs that resonate with employees at all levels.
  2. Employee Engagement: Lead the development and execution of the employee engagement program, creating opportunities for employees to connect, collaborate, and flourish within the organization.
  3. Well-being Program: Establish and oversee a well-being program that supports the holistic health and happiness of our employees.
  4. Cultural Transformation: Own and drive cultural transformation efforts, fostering an environment that embraces change, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  5. DEI Strategy: Drive and lead all aspects of the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion strategy, integrating DEI principles into the fabric of our organizational culture.
  6. Internal Communication: Lead internal communication strategies that effectively convey Semrush's values, goals, and objectives, ensuring alignment with our organizational culture.
  7. Employer Branding: Cultivate and enhance the employer brand to attract and retain top talent, fostering a positive and compelling reputation in the job market.
Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with:

  1. A Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
  2. Proven experience (typically 10+ years) in Culture Development, Employee Engagement, DEI initiatives, and Internal Communication.
  3. Proficiency in leveraging data and analytics to make informed decisions and optimize the learning experience.
  4. Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  6. Data-driven mindset with the ability to assess cultural metrics and make data-backed recommendations.
