Job Opportunity with RMC Asia

RMC Asia, a leading hospitality company, is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join its team as a Housekeeping Intern in Dubai, UAE.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the hotel's rooms and common areas. This is an excellent opportunity for students or recent graduates to gain hands-on experience in the hospitality industry and develop their skills in customer service, teamwork, and time management.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain rooms and common areas neat and clean, adhering to hotel standards and schedules.
  • Ensure all rooms are cared for and inspected according to standards and schedules.
  • Greet guests warmly and demonstrate high levels of customer service.
  • Deal with reasonable complaints/requests with professionalism and patience.
  • Maintain personal hygiene, cleanliness, and professional appearance while on duty.
  • Adhere to the health and safety regulations of the hotel.
  • Perform other related duties in the housekeeping department as required.

Requirements

  • Enrolled students or recent graduates within 24 months
  • School, college, or university reference letter
  • Conversational English
  • Well-groomed
  • Pleasant personality
  • Clean criminal record
  • No drug abuse
  • Minimum 6 months passport validity
