We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Clerk to join our team at Naval Hospital Rota, Spain. As a Medical Clerk, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our medical team, ensuring the smooth operation of our medical facilities.

• Provide administrative support to medical staff, including data entry, record-keeping, and correspondence.
• Manage medical records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
• Assist with patient scheduling, registration, and billing.
• Perform various clerical tasks, including answering phones, responding to emails, and maintaining office supplies.
• Collaborate with medical staff to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

• High School Diploma or equivalency certificate.
• Two letters of recommendation.
• Possess or able to obtain a CONFIDENTIAL Clearance.
• Locally available for at least two years.
• Proficiency with database inputs, queries, searches, and reports.
• Demonstrated fluency with the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Be a US Citizen only.
• Possess access to Naval Station Rota, Spain.
• Demonstrated ability to type 50+ words per minute.
• Fluent in the Host Nation medical language both verbally and written.
• Authorized to work on NAVSTA Rota, Spain.
