Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Section Manager to join our Production area of Diagnostic Instruments at Grifols SA. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing the team and processes in a continuous improvement culture, coordinating production planning, and ensuring execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Lead technical support for risk assessments, gap analyses, deviations, change controls, and CAPAs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to effectively transfer and maintain processes at facilities.
- Support initiatives in other plants within the division and transfer process technology to manufacturing.
- Optimize production area design and material flow using lean methodologies and problem-solving techniques.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably specialized in Industrial Organization or Industrial or Chemical Engineering.
- At least 3 years of experience in a production environment, ideally in the pharmaceutical sector.
- High level of English, especially in writing and comprehension.
- Good knowledge of Office (especially Word and Excel) and SAP or a similar ERP system.
- Strong leadership and teamwork skills, with a high level of motivation and autonomy.
