About the Role

Esko is a leading provider of software and hardware solutions for the packaging industry. We are seeking a highly skilled Field Service Engineer to join our team in Spain.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform maintenance, service, and installation visits at customer sites in Spain and potentially in Europe.
  • Provide training to customers on the use and maintenance of Esko hardware and software.
  • Work closely with the regional Service manager, Sales, global support, hardware support, and customer support teams to resolve issues on site.
  • Submit detailed service visit reports and facilitate spare part requests/returns.

Requirements

  • Electrical/electronic engineering qualification or college diploma.
  • Experience as a field service engineer, preferably in the packaging industry.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, self-directed environment.
