Regional Sales Development Manager

Job Summary: As an Area Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing and maximizing sales within a designated geographic territory. This role requires effective communication, influence, and flexibility to secure targets and agreed results.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage and maximize sales within an assigned geographic territory.
- Conduct regular customer visits either directly or jointly with channel partners.
- Identify local business opportunities and challenges.
- Develop and implement territory business plan in support of company goals and objectives.
- Document and manage sales activity including customer visits, opportunities, and account information through active use of Salesforce CRM.
Key Performance Indicators:
- Meet individual and group sales quotas.
- Sustain a high level of sales activity and customer engagement.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors and reps.
Requirements:
- 3+ years' experience within technical sales.
- Knowledge in our industry markets.
- Proficient command of English is advantageous.
- Experience with CRM software is a plus.
