Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Bartender to provide exceptional service to our guests at The Shack Restaurants in El Paso. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating a pleasant drinking experience by providing friendly, responsive service and attending to the details of each order.

Responsibilities:
• Promote and maintain a positive and entertaining atmosphere in the bar area.
• Prepare and serve a variety of drinks, including cocktails, beer, and wine, consistent with the restaurant's standard drink recipes.
• Take food and beverage orders from serving staff or directly from guests seated at the bar.
• Coordinate with and assist fellow employees to meet guests' needs and support the operation of the restaurant.
• Maintain cleanliness in all areas of the bar, including counters, sinks, utensils, shelves, and storage areas.

Requirements:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
• Knowledge of beer, wine, and spirits, as well as mixology techniques and recipes.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
